Program scope & operator
1.1Program and contracting party
These Terms govern an Utajir referral program only when an enrollment offer is made available and accepted by both Tajir Global Limited and you. Participation begins on acceptance of the application, terms and commission schedule. Publishing this page alone does not make a commission program available. Before participation, the enrollment offer specifies eligible products, rate, calculation base, attribution window, payout timing and termination; a marketing example or demonstration does not create earned commission.
1.2Utajir referrals and payment-partner programs
Any Utajir subscription referral program is separate from Ravinto’s referral program, which is ready for use. Enrollment in the payment-service referral program is subject to a separate offer and terms from the entity operating and paying that program, identified before enrollment. A rate based on payment volume does not apply to Utajir subscription fees, and displaying referral information within Utajir does not make Utajir the payer. This page does not automatically enroll you in Ravinto or its referral program or replace acceptance of their separate enrollment terms.
Enrollment, eligibility & affiliate status
2.1Application and acceptance
Participation begins after acceptance of a valid application, identification of the contracting party and your receipt and acceptance of the program schedule and terms. Necessary identity, tax or payout information may be requested proportionately. Country, eligibility and conflict rules are disclosed before admission and not added retrospectively to defeat validly earned commission.
2.2Participant independence
Participants are independent and do not become employees or agents authorized to bind Utajir or the payment provider. They bear promotional costs and legal and tax duties and may not receive client funds or sign for the operator without specific authority. Referring someone does not require administrative access to their account or private data.
Referral tracking & attribution
3.1Link and qualifying event
The program schedule defines attribution through a link, code or approved registration, the establishing event, its time window and competing-referral rules. A program does not begin before this rule is supplied to participants. We assess available evidence under it and correct established attribution errors; the referral dashboard is not an uncorrectable record.
3.2Tracking limits and disputes
Device changes, cleared storage, tracking refusal or not using a link can affect attribution. Available alternatives are explained without bypassing choices or hidden collection. Attribution disputes include a reference, timing and lawful evidence within the approved period and are reviewed objectively without disclosing purchase data the participant does not need.
Qualified referrals & commission accrual
4.1Qualified referral
Commission arises only for referrals meeting the disclosed definition, including eligible product and customer, paid purchase and any verification period. A free registration, click or unpaid invoice is not a qualified sale unless the offer expressly rewards that event. Coverage of Agency subscriptions, existing customers and upgrades must be specified.
4.2Exclusion and verification
Fictitious accounts or transactions and prohibited self-referrals or duplicates under the approved rule do not qualify. Exclusion reasons are explained with an opportunity to correct information or provide evidence where appropriate, holding only the portion under investigation where needed. A genuine purchase is not excluded merely by a later eligibility change.
Calculation & subscription changes
5.1Commission calculation
The approved schedule identifies the percentage or fixed amount and base, such as collected fees for a specified product after refunds, discounts and expressly excluded taxes. Merchant payment volume must not be confused with service fees or net service revenue. Calculations must be reviewable without unnecessary sensitive disclosure.
5.2Renewals, upgrades and cessation
The schedule states whether commission is one-time or recurring and its duration and treatment of upgrades, downgrades, cancellations and resubscription. Lifetime commission or rewards for recruiting other participants are not assumed. Additional tiers need a lawful program and approved terms rather than similarity to another platform's program.
Payouts, adjustments & taxes
6.1Payout and statement
The schedule explains when commission becomes payable, any payout threshold, cycle, currency, method and known fees. Participants provide accurate details and necessary verification and tax documents. Earnings and adjustment statements are made available; missing information does not justify indefinite forfeiture of earned amounts without a lawful basis.
6.2Refunds and adjustments
Commission linked to a refunded purchase, payment dispute or established fraud may be adjusted under program rules, identifying the transaction, reason and amount without duplicate deduction. Temporary holds are limited to necessary review; disputes are assessed and undisputed amounts paid when due. Participants bear their taxes, and legally required withholding is documented without inventing transfer fees or blanket tax obligations.
Promotion & relationship disclosure
7.1Commission disclosure
Participants clearly disclose financial relationships or material incentives near the recommendation or link in language the audience understands, for example that they may receive commission for a subscription through the link. A distant disclosure page or ambiguous tag is insufficient. Disclosure placement and format must fit video, live or written content and applicable law.
7.2Content and marks
Recommendations must be truthful and results and endorsements supportable; do not guarantee earnings, payment approval or universal compliance. Only licensed materials and marks may be used within program purpose and term. Participation does not grant the operator a perpetual blanket licence to the participant's image, voice or all content; separate publicity needs appropriate permission.
Prohibited promotional practices
8.1Fraud and attribution manipulation
Unlawful messaging, operator impersonation or falsely official sites, fabricated visits or purchases, undisclosed referral identifiers, clicking for visitors and secretly replacing another referral are prohibited. Do not collect payment credentials or passwords under the guise of registration assistance.
8.2Channels and incentives
Follow approved paid-advertising, brand-bidding, domain, coupon and referred-customer incentive rules where offered and disclosed before participation. Buying ads is not automatically prohibited without a disclosed rule, but absence of a special rule does not permit deception or infringement of trademarks or advertising-platform rules.
Customer & referral data
9.1Available referral information
Participants receive information needed to understand attribution and commission, such as a reference, status and qualifying amount under the program, without the client's database, account content or card details. A referral link does not grant independent marketing permission to contact the referred person. Tracking and marketing choices govern referral-data collection.
9.2Confidentiality and retention
Nonpublic program information is used only for participation and protected against unauthorized access. On exit, information no longer needed is deleted or returned; remaining records are limited to earned-entitlement evidence or a specific legal duty for an appropriate period. Referred-customer data is not an asset to sell or use for independent model training.
Program changes & termination
10.1Program changes and termination
Rate and eligibility changes apply prospectively with appropriate notice before binding participants, without retrospectively redefining earned referrals. Participation may end under the approved notice period or be restricted for material breach with proportionate action and cure where feasible. Decisions may be reviewed with references and evidence; suspicion alone does not justify forfeiting every commission.
10.2Settlement and surviving duties
On exit, use of links and materials whose licence ended stops, and earned commissions and lawful adjustments are settled under the schedule without forfeiture merely for withdrawal. The enrollment offer explains in advance the effect on future renewal commissions. Confidentiality, data protection, rights and claims survive as needed. An Utajir program follows Hong Kong law and non-exclusive Hong Kong court jurisdiction, preserving mandatory rules; a payment-provider program follows its separate agreement.
