Request type & responsible contact#

1.1Identify the request and responsible party

For a direct Utajir subscription, use the invoice issuer and billing channel; for an Agency purchase, contact the seller on your invoice. Product or course purchase requests go to the merchant, and provider settlement or verification issues go to the payment provider. Data processed for Utajir's own purposes and faults in its integration or security remain within its role rather than automatically redirected elsewhere.

1.2Contact-channel status

Email contact@utajir.com for privacy, billing, content, security or legal complaints, identifying the request type in the subject. This channel is available without signing into an account. Correspondence may also be addressed to Tajir Global Limited, Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Email does not replace a mandatory judicial-service method. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment credentials; we arrange a secure channel where sensitive evidence is needed.

02

Access, correction & rights requests#

2.1Information needed for a request

Identify the right sought, relevant account or site and a safe contact method, with enough description to locate data. We request proportionate identity or representative-authority evidence when needed, not passwords or automatic full identity documents for every case. Applicable sale or sharing opt-outs differ from data-copy requests and are not automatically subject to the same verification.

2.2Response, timing and challenge

We apply Privacy Policy and statutory deadlines, rights and exceptions and explain necessary information or lawful extensions and reasons within the required time. Full or partial refusals identify the permitted basis and review or authority-complaint route. A data-copy deadline does not authorize delaying marketing cessation or an opt-out signal subject to faster requirements.

03

Merchant & agency end-customer requests#

3.1Data held by a merchant or Agency

If you dealt with a store, course or Agency using the platform, identify its name, link and your interaction. The party determining data purposes is responsible for the request; we route or assist under our role and the DPA. We do not disclose an entire account database merely because someone is a store customer or claims ownership.

3.2Unreachable operators

If an operator is unresponsive or closes, we assess facts, authority and legal duties to determine available assistance while preventing unlawful disclosure. This may require contacting the Agency, contracting party or a competent authority. Silence alone does not authorize deleting others' data or transferring account ownership, and does not defeat direct duties imposed on us by law.

04

Billing, cancellation & refund requests#

4.1Invoice and transaction type

Provide the invoice or transaction reference, date, amount, currency and charging entity, explaining whether it concerns Utajir, an Agency subscription, a merchant purchase or provider fees. Do not send a full card number or security code. For cancellation, identify the subscription and whether you seek non-renewal or early termination.

4.2Follow-up and correction

We acknowledge through the approved channel and review the charge or identify the responsible party while explaining our own role. Eligibility, calculation and repayment follow the Billing Policy, actual contract and mandatory rights. An enquiry is not automatically cancellation or deletion, and contacting us does not waive a bank or other dispute right.

05

Abuse & unlawful-content reports#

5.1Describe the violation

Identify the material URL or account, issue and rule or right you believe was violated, with limited suitable evidence and necessary follow-up contact details. For immediate safety danger, contact appropriate local emergency services; this page is not an emergency-response service. Do not redistribute abuse material or sensitive information to substantiate a report.

5.2Assessment and party protection

Review is prioritized by risk, urgency and available information; we may request details, preserve evidence or restrict material under Acceptable Use. Reporter identity is protected where possible, but part of a report may need sharing for response or law, limited to necessity. A report does not guarantee immediate removal or by itself establish the allegation.

06

Copyright, trademarks & takedown appeals#

6.1Copyright or trademark report

The rights holder or representative identifies the work or mark, evidence of authority, disputed material location, explanation and contact details. Good-faith, accuracy, authority declarations and a signature are requested where the legal process requires, without excessive collection. Licences and statutory exceptions are considered; not every similarity, criticism or use of a brand name infringes.

6.2Response and correction

Affected parties may submit a licence, explanation or challenge with necessary evidence. We review decisions under law and Acceptable Use, including appropriate repeat-infringement handling, and correct mistakes. contact@utajir.com is a general rights-reporting channel; we do not present it as a registered DMCA agent or apply US counter-notice procedures to every report worldwide. Specific legal procedures apply where relevant, and a platform decision is not a final judicial determination of rights ownership.

07

Account compromise & vulnerability reports#

7.1Security report type

Identify whether access was lost, an account compromised, a vulnerability found or data exposed, with timing, component, impact and limited reproduction. Do not access additional data or disrupt services to prove risk. For suspected key exposure, use available revocation controls and alert the authorized party rather than include the key in the report.

7.2Attachments and coordination

Send a redacted description through the approved security channel and request a secure method for necessary sensitive evidence. Review and communication follow the Security page and DPA; no particular response time or reward is promised unless expressly approved. Good-faith reports are assessed objectively while preserving legal rights and limits.

08

Court & government requests#

8.1Authority and scope

A request must identify the requester and authority, addressed legal entity, legal basis, information, accounts, time range, deadline and any lawful notice prohibition. We assess validity, jurisdiction, necessity and any required recognition or legal-assistance process. A government email address or request for all data does not establish authority for blanket disclosure.

8.2Preservation, disclosure and notice

Preservation requests are distinguished from disclosure orders; lawful necessary records are preserved for the required period without promising recovery of nonexistent data. Disclosure is limited to legally required information after verification, with affected-party notice where allowed and international-transfer safeguards respected. Emergency demands are assessed for actual risk and authority; asserted urgency alone grants no access. We do not promise to freeze funds controlled by another payment provider.

09

Decision appeals & complaints#

9.1Requesting reconsideration

Identify the request or decision reference, grounds of disagreement, new evidence or correction and requested outcome. We reassess objectively, with a different reviewer where required by law or feasible, without requiring a waiver or settlement. This includes challenges to domain refusal, account suspension or content action. Legally required periods and additional review mechanisms apply according to the service and role.

9.2Outcome and escalation

We explain the outcome, permitted reasons and next available step and follow applicable statutory appeal or complaint deadlines. Rights to approach a privacy commissioner, consumer body or competent court remain available as appropriate; our process does not finally adjudicate disputed legal rights.

10

Request tracking & attachment protection#

10.1Acknowledgment and follow-up

We acknowledge requests, ask for necessary missing information and explain the route and applicable statutory deadline or reasonable handling estimate. UK-law data-protection complaints are acknowledged within 30 days and handled without undue delay. Acknowledgment does not accept a claim or promise an outcome, and unnecessary detail requests do not delay a running legal deadline. Follow up by replying in the same correspondence with contact@utajir.com.

10.2Protecting the request record

Case files are available only to those needing them for assessment and action, with attachments and responses protected from publication or unauthorized access. Information is kept only as needed for handling, response evidence or a legal duty and then deleted under the Privacy Policy. Report material or identity documents are not used for marketing or an unjustified independent purpose.
