Scope and commitment
1.1Use and assistance
Tajir Global Limited aims to make the Utajir website and its functions accessible to people with disabilities and to address known barriers according to their impact. This statement covers the public website and interfaces we manage, subject to the third-party content and service limits below. Individual assistance does not replace fixing a barrier or meeting a legal obligation.
1.2Assessment status
This release makes no claim of complete WCAG conformance or platform-wide accessibility certification. Headings, links and language controls alone do not prove conformance. User needs and applicable standards guide improvements; any published assessment identifies its scope, date and results without extending one page’s result to every function.
Assistance and reporting
2.1Reporting a barrier
Email contact@utajir.com with the page link or function, what you could not complete and your preferred contact method or format. Browser and assistive-technology details may help; a medical diagnosis or unnecessary health data is not requested. We review the report, coordinate a reasonable way to access information or complete the action, and provide an update on its handling. Statutory complaint rights and deadlines do not depend on this channel.
2.2Documents and procedures
You may request a readable text version of legal documents or help with an account action, with proportionate authority checks where needed. We do not charge an additional fee merely for assistance required to meet an applicable accessibility duty. A general barrier report requires no account or subscription.
Content and connected services
3.1Customer content
Publishers of pages, courses, videos or applications are responsible for accessibility requirements applicable to their content and activity, including alternative text, captions and suitable structure where required. A template or builder does not guarantee conformance of every modification or added item. We remain responsible for our obligations concerning the tools we manage.
3.2External interfaces and updates
A user journey may include an independent meeting, messaging or payment provider’s interface. We explain integration boundaries and help route barriers according to our role, without treating a third party’s involvement as an exemption from our legal duties. We update this page when material information changes and retain its dated version in the document archive.
