Scope & responsibility#

1.1Scope and responsibility

These rules cover use of Utajir sites, stores, courses, messaging, integrations, APIs and automation, including authorized users and subaccounts. Customers manage team access, and Agencies include appropriate rules in client contracts. This policy does not make a person responsible for data or conduct outside their authority merely because they share an account.

1.2Relationship to other documents

This policy supplements the Terms of Service and enabled-feature terms, subject to document precedence and mandatory rights. Examples explain categories of violations rather than authorizing arbitrary bans on every unlisted activity. Restrictions must rest on a disclosed rule, a concrete risk or a legal requirement, with appropriate explanation and review where lawful.

02

Prohibited or restricted activities & products#

2.1Fraud and unlawful goods

Fraud, phishing, identity theft, money laundering, sale of stolen or counterfeit goods or unlawful services, and falsified transactions, reviews or compliance records are prohibited. Do not mislead buyers about the seller, price, renewal, delivery or product results. Another account or shell entity must not conceal prohibited activity.

2.2Regulated activities and geographic restrictions

Where an activity requires licensing, age checks or geographic restrictions, satisfy them before using the Service for that activity. Platform or feature restrictions are disclosed before activation, and sanctions and export controls applicable to the parties and transaction must be respected. Utajir account acceptance does not establish eligibility with a payment or messaging provider or replace business or sector licensing.

03

Personal safety & harmful content#

3.1Protecting people and minors

Sexual exploitation of children, its facilitation or distribution of abuse material, human trafficking, credible threats of violence and incitement to violence are prohibited. Do not distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or expose personal information to subject someone to stalking or harm. Report dangerous material without unnecessarily downloading or redistributing it.

3.2Abuse and impersonation

Targeted harassment, unlawful defamation, incitement to hatred or violence based on protected characteristics, and deceptive impersonation are prohibited. Legitimate context such as documentation, education or criticism is considered, without excusing threats, exploitation or disclosure of protected data. Good-faith legal complaints or lawful criticism of the platform are not abuse by themselves.

04

Intellectual property & protected data#

4.1Content rights

Do not upload, sell or distribute images, courses, templates, marks or software without the rights required for the intended use. Respect third-party licence limits and rights of people depicted. Buying a template does not automatically authorize resale as a standalone template, while rights in your original content follow the Terms of Service and applicable licence.

4.2Protected information

Do not collect or disclose personal data or trade secrets without authority and a lawful basis. Do not place passwords, access keys or full card information in content fields or support requests. Use involving highly sensitive data or sector-specific safeguards requires confirmation that the use case is supported and the necessary arrangements approved; a text field is not permission for every data type.

4.3Misleading domains and names

You must not use a domain, subdomain, account name or mark identical or confusingly similar to يتاجر, Utajir or Thrive Connector where it is likely to mislead others about identity, ownership, endorsement or association with us. This includes deliberate misspellings, visually similar characters, added words or hyphens, or a different domain extension where confusion remains. We may refuse connection or publication, disable an offending connection and require correction. Serious or repeated violations or deliberate impersonation may result in permanent account termination under Terms of Service section 11’s notice and review procedures. These measures neither transfer domain ownership to us nor immediately destroy all data; export, deletion and lawful retention rules continue to apply. This clause does not prohibit lawful descriptive references that do not imply association or uses we authorize in writing. A mistaken refusal may be challenged at contact@utajir.com.

05

Marketing messages & consent#

5.1List sources and permission

Before sending a message, verify the recipient-data source and valid permission or lawful basis for the intended channel, purpose and sender, keeping appropriate evidence. Consent to a service message is not automatic marketing permission, and a purchased list or publicly available information does not establish consent. Follow applicable channel registration, template and other requirements.

5.2Identity and stopping messages

Identify the sender truthfully and do not conceal message origin or use deceptive addressing. Provide an effective marketing opt-out and honor it within the required period across relevant campaigns and integrations. Do not re-enroll someone or switch processing bases to circumvent refusal; a new request from them or valid renewed consent is required where permitted by law and channel terms. A minimal suppression record may be kept to honor the choice, not to send offers.

06

Fair resource use#

6.1Unlimited use and disclosed limits

Describing a resource as unlimited means no numerical allowance for that resource within authorized use; it does not make every platform resource unlimited. Clearly disclosed technical rate limits, security requirements and allowances for other resources still apply. We do not impose a hidden quantity cap on an unlimited resource or treat legitimate business growth alone as a violation.

6.2Evasion and resource harm

Do not evade agreed allowances through fictitious accounts, repeated trials or out-of-scope licence sharing, or run workloads intended to disrupt service or extract unavailable resources. If legitimate operation affects stability, we explain the issue and work on appropriate technical adjustments or agreed capacity, using proportionate action and notice where possible.

07

System & security abuse#

7.1Unauthorized access and malware

Unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data, bypassing permissions or account isolation, deploying malware, stealing tokens or keys and disrupting services are prohibited. Do not use APIs to extract others' data or bypass authorization or security restrictions.

7.2Authorized security testing

Test only what you own or are expressly authorized to test, within scope and without endangering others. This policy is not blanket authorization to test Utajir or provider systems; written scope is needed beyond ordinary account functions. If a vulnerability is encountered incidentally, stop further access and submit a limited description under the Security page without publishing secrets or customer data.

08

AI & automation use#

8.1AI inputs

Use authorized inputs and do not send provider-restricted data to a feature not permitted to process it. AI must not be used for fraud, deceptive voice or identity impersonation, exploitation or bypassing safeguards. Automated generation does not remove rights, safety or advertising obligations.

8.2Automated actions and consequential decisions

Limit automation permissions, test workflows before use and monitor errors and duplication. Do not delegate decisions affecting a person's rights or safety without the lawful basis, required oversight and service support for that use. Provide required disclosure of automated interaction or synthetic content and stop harmful workflows when discovered.

09

Channel & service provider rules#

9.1Enabled-service requirements

Provider requirements apply to the feature you activate, such as messaging rules or payment-product eligibility, after being made available before use. A provider mentioned for comparison is not necessarily an actual Utajir partner. Material changes and their service effects follow the Feature Terms and Terms of Service.

9.2No evasion of provider restrictions

Do not conceal activity rejected by a provider or rotate identities, numbers or accounts to evade a lawful restriction. You may appeal through its process with accurate information, and we assist with integration matters within our authority. A provider decision does not automatically establish violations across all your Utajir accounts; we assess its scope and any shared cause.

10

Review, restrictions & termination#

10.1Assessing reports and taking action

We assess available information, risk severity, legal authority and context and may request clarification, remove material, restrict a function or suspend an affected account. We do not guarantee pre-screening of all content; this does not displace duties triggered by awareness or notice under applicable law. Necessary evidence is preserved with restrictions rather than turning an investigation into blanket data collection.

10.2Notice and proportionality

We explain the action, reason and available remediation where law or serious risk does not prevent disclosure. Urgent risks permit immediate action followed by appropriate notice. Repetition, severity and remediation are considered. Termination and data consequences follow the Terms of Service; a violation does not transfer content ownership to us or automatically forfeit all amounts due.

11

Appeals & reporting#

11.1Submitting a report or appeal

Use Requests & Reports to identify URLs or the account, issue, reason and necessary evidence. To appeal a decision, include its reference, the alleged error and new information or remediation. Do not submit passwords or files with unnecessary data, or knowingly false reports intended to disrupt lawful activity.

11.2Reconsideration and other rights

We reconsider an appeal objectively, explain the outcome and permitted reasons, and correct action shown to be mistaken. We protect reporter identity and party information where possible, sharing what assessment, response or law requires. This route does not bar competent authorities or courts, and our decisions are not final adjudications of ownership, criminal conduct or disputed legal rights.
